Summer Hands
Summer Hands?

During these crazy times our hand issues have been exacerbated with the use of alcohol based hand sanitizers (ask me which one I use that doesn’t have the harshness of so many others).  Plus, add to the mix the exposure to the sun this summer.  So, the article I read said to try Sweet Almond Oil. This oil has antioxidant vitamin E which boosts collagen production; which in turn should boost the production of thicker and firmer skin. Plus, the nut has linoleic acid which helps plump up deflated-looking skin.

Here’s how to use it:  I am going to add some of my skin loving essential oils like Patchouli, Jasmine, or Neroli. There are a lot of different ones to choose from; I just have these so I’m giving them a try.  Put a dime-size amount of Almond Oil in your palm.  (Optional) Add a few drops of essential oils.  And then massage it onto your hands twice a day.  You should see a difference within a month.
